Go to manage items on the left hand side then [Equip Items] then Equip your itemfinder and go out into the maps and look for items, once you come across one simple pick it up, if you don't have a item finder you can get one from the Department Store for $25,000,000 & 2,500 coins, hope that helped.

There are 15 achievements to complete to make your profile look better when people check your profile.
They are -

Investor - 100M money banked
Expert investor - 500M money banked
Greedy investor - 1000M money banked

Blast off - Earn 1k coins
Meowth - Earn 5k coins
Team rocket - Earn 10k coins

Junior trainer - Level 50 trainer level
Expert trainer - Level 100 trainer level
Hardcore trainer - Level 250 trainer level

Gambler - 100 bets won
Hardcore gambler - 250 bets won
Gambling god - 500 bets won

Lucky - Win the daily raffle
Lucky charm - Win the daily raffle twice in your career
Leprechaun - Win the daily raffle three times in your career

Note : If you complete some you will get "Trainer Titles" which can be found and edited in preference in the bottom left hand side on creed, e.g. Earn 1k coins and the trainer title "Blast off" will be available to put as your trainer title.

To evolve pokemon go to "Your Pokemon" on the left hand side in the "Main Menu" section, it will give you a couple of options at the top ( [Evolve Pokemon] | [Open Box] | [Change Moves] | [Nicknames] ) Click the first option ( [Evolve Pokemon] ).
It will state the Level Required | Happiness Required | Item Required | Evolves To | Evolve Pokemon, once you have met all the requirements click "Evolve Pokemon" if this does not work the pokemon does not any any more evolutions or has no evolutions at all, the pokemon you are trying to evolve must be set as the starter and if it doesn't work maybe you haven't met all the requirements if you have met all requirements and the pokemon has a evolution and it is your starter post the problem in the "Bugs/Errors" section on forums.
