"I can understand that, and no, you can't." I say. "Wolves are my favorite animals, along with turtles, kittens, and zebras. I've been mostly alone in this forest for ten years and now there are other living beings here! I named this forest myself, I call it the Manhunt, it's where I executive intruders who don't like me very well."

Frost growled, baring his fangs, but Mononoke turned him around.
"I've been here for all my life!" She said over her shoulder. She paused. "Do you know about... Nevermind." She and Frost ran off into the distance.

I teleported over to her. "I'd like to know, I might know-..." I say, levitating at the speed of her running. "And if you've been here all your life, how come I've never seen you?"

"Wouldn't you like to know?" Mononoke snapped, and Frost ran faster.

I began flying at their speed. "Please do tell me, I'm happy to help anyone with anything." I say.

Frost stopped suddenly, and turned in the other direction.
"Stop following me!" Mononoke yelled.

I ignored her order, "You're mad, I respect that, just listen to me. This time of the year, hunters go into the woods looking for any living things here, trying to 'Kill us off humanely.' All I ask of you is to be careful, okay, goodbye-" I say before just vanishing.

Mononoke rolled her eyes. She and Frost went back to the cave.

I rested upon a tree branch and fell asleep. A group of camouflage trucks pulled in. There were nets, guns, and cages in the back. I flew up as bird, and perched on a tree.

When Mononoke got back, she cooked some deer meat, and ate it.

Three men came from each truck, all with an axe, they began to cut down the trees.

"Come out." Mononoke heard Maro growl. She did, and gasped in horror.
"The trees! Could it be...?"
"Probably not Iron Town. They learned their lesson." Maro replied.

I was flying from tree-to-tree, all being cut down. I landed on the ground as my wolf form and viciously attacked the hunters, making them drive away in their trucks. I stared at the mess they made and laid down. I put my head on my paws and let the rest of my body go in any direction, as long as it was comfortable.

"It stopped..." Mononoke murmured.

I drifted off to sleep, until an hour later, twice as many trucks came in. I ran away, whimpering, I couldn't hold off this many hunters, so I grabbed my things- which were in a bag- in my mouth and ran up a rocky hill.
