I said, "Stay there," to Aero, and went outside the ambulance.
"Ray!" I say, "Stop!"

John threw Ray off of him and turned to Ace.

"Leave my friends alo-" I say, my jaw ripping off. I was disturbing, my arms and hands were tinted green, if it wasn't skinned or ripped apart. Snapped muscles were visible, they burst through my skin, and bones ripped through as well. I could barely stand up, I knew I couldn't fight. My insides hung out of my torso and blood stained the edges of my lifeless sockets. My claws were broken, but my teeth were still sharp as blades- the ones still in my mouth of course. I glared at John.
"You can take me, I'm your main target. But do as much as touch Aero or Ray, you'll be drowned in flames and torturous lethal force. You've made a huge mistake, messing with me. I'll let you take me, but I swear, may Satan make you suffer until you've had so much, you rot from the inside out. Then, demons will feed on your corpse."

"Hahaha! Keep talking kid." He said, grabbing Ace.

"Go ahead, kill me," I say, "but in all honesty, if you do, you won't feel proud. You're a true blue dumbass."

"Says the one with the death wish." John said and shot Ace.

The bullet shot my left arm off. The arm's opening let off a black gas. The gas was poisonous, "If you wish to live, you put me down and run."

John put a gasmask on and began backing away.

"Hmm," I say, "Midnite, thank you." I was speaking to the gas. I stood up and faced John. "I might be blind, but I will find you." I retracted my claws.

Aero had done as Ace had asked her, and watched in horror at the scene in front of her eyes.

The black gas formed into a silhouette. Midnite then appeared from it.
"I'll go chase 'im off," Midnite says.
I simply nodded, I picked up my broken off jaw and a bone. After Midnite disappeared, I collapsed onto my knees with a few loud snaps, and fell unconscious.

"Ace!" Aero cried, though it only sounded like a "mew". She leaped over, running as fast as she could on her little kitten legs. Once she reached him, she shapeshifted back. "Ace!" She repeated.

I regained consciousness, "I'll be just fiiiine," I say dizzily. Of course I wasn't, though, and blood flooded from my mouth.

Aero looked around frantically. What as she going to do?! She couldn't call another ambulance, and they were stuck in the middle of nowhere! "No, Ace," She began, tears welling up in her eyes. She couldn't bear to see Ace die.

I sensed she was upset. I sat up, my spine slowly ripping through my skin. Ignoring my own pain, I stood up. I spread my wings as far as I possibly could, and said, "I'll .. I'll be okay..."
