Ray just nodded. "My dad will be after Nate as well."

Midnite grabs me, and says, "Go find Nate."

Kevin (Ray's Dad) punched a hole through his casket and climbed out of his grave.

I sensed Kevin and flew to him. Both of my eyes were sockets, I had no ears, and my mouth was stitched shut. Burns covered my entire body and a few stab wounds were widely scattered.
I held a piece of paper that simply read, "I wanT tO HElP yOu kiLl NAtE."
(Obviously his handwriting is gonna be off a little.)

"Who are you kid?" Kevin asked.

I grabbed a knife and carved "ACe" into the trunk of a tree.

"I take it your mute, listen kid, Nate is a lot stronger than he looks." Kevin said

Only being able to understand what he had said through my telepathy, I simply nodded.

"If my guess is correct, Nate should be in the old bar." Kevin said

I simply nodded once more and followed him.

Kevin walked to an abandoned building and kicked down its door. Nate was sitting on the one upstanding chair with a bottle of whiskey.

I pointed at Nate, and a low growling noise muffled through my stitched lips.
