Icarus turned to Matt, "I'll pay for the damages." he said as his wings began to create a ball of energy, growing steadily by the second, with Icarus ascending into the air, keeping the fields strong.

Icarus shouted as the orb stopped growing, "Matt! Evacuate the area of about a one mile radius!" he said as he stored the energy to be used when Matt finished. He dove down at 666, at speeds that sound wouldn't be able to catch up to. He spun rapidly, creating a tornado as he got closer.

Icarus released the energy after acquiring a system lock-on to the car that 666 was driving, "Not so fast." he said as he launched the orb of condensed energy at 666.
