When Shulk got inside of the store he ignored the store greeter and ran over to the item that caught his eye.

Zoe turned to face Shulk as he ran past her. She yipped.
"Who was that?" I asked.

Shulk grabbed the object and went to the checkout. As he was leaving he tripped over the hat-wearing dog and lost his grip on the object, which hit the ground and shattered.

Shulk stood up and brushed the dirt off of himself. He winced at the state of his newly bought object was in now.

Zoe yipped.
"And that's Zoe." I said, pointing to her.
