"My son Martin's body is in a autopsy center thee miles down. I'm pretty sure they'll let you in to examine it." Matt said.

Verx nodded, "I'll be back." he said, heading for the area Matt mentioned, passing Ikaru who was helping out at a school kitchen.

A police chief and an FBI sergeant were examining Martin's body.

Verx walked into the room, "Greetings gentlemen, I am Matt's attorney, Verx Gayshi." he said, showing his papers, "May I see the corpse?" he asked.

"Yes go right ahead." The police chief said.

Verx nodded, slapping on gloves and looking at the corpse. "I see." he said, opening up a small hole in the chest, coming from the front out the back. He pulled out a bullet, hidden by the flesh and the organs, "Officers, please, record the mark on the fired bullet." he said, pointing towards the details. "Now, on case, Matt's bullets are quite different, aren't they?" he pointed out.

"Not much, they are both basic type VII bullets, the ones fired were camoflaughed to look like Type XI, in an attempt to hide the nature of the bullet." The prosecuter said as he walked into the autopsy room.

Verx nodded, "Yes, but each gun, when fired, the bullet and the casing receive a special set of marks, and every mark is different." he said, holding the bullet and taking a picture of the marks.

"Yes, but the marks on each of these type guns would be near, if not identical, due to them being identical guns with identical customs." The prosecutor said.

Verx nodded, "I have to agree, but, taking into the consideration of the person you're defending, Deadeye." he said, "He was a killer, and a psychopath, he was "The Zek"." he said, turning the T.V towards a report on the X and Deadeye confrontation, and what Deadeye told X.

"And the person you are defending has been recorded to have outbursts of violence." The prosecutor said.

Verx nodded, "Yes, but this man is FBI, and doesn't that carry a little weight these days?" he said, he pulled out a picture of Ikaru, "You ever hear of a young man named Ikaru?" he asked, "He's the embodiment of good and peace, he's spent his life helping others and keeping himself clean from evil." he said, "If he trusts Matt with taking care of him, and he has, then why would someone who would care for him kill his own children?"

"Because Matt snaps, he's not mentally stable, until 2 months ago the FBI hid the fact the he failed his last 3 mental exams." The prosecutor said.

Verx nodded, and called Ikaru, who came immediately, "The boy is coming." he said, "Deadeye, that man has killed many people, and Matt was on his case, don't you think me might have tried to worsen him by taking those he loved most.?" he asked.

"But Deadeye didn't kill Matt's family, Matt killed Matt's family and pinned it on James, then he hunted James to stall his case." The prosecutor said.
