Deadeye aimed the gun at Edward. "Goodbye Eddy." Deadeye said, but as he pulled the trigger, Edward quick kicked the gun around, the bullet pierced Deadeye's armor and into his chest.

Flain came across a blue lake. Suddenly, he heard something growl "Feraligter!" Behind was a blue, bipedal crocodile that towered over him.

Deadeye adjusted his hat. "Well done." He said, before he grabbed his gun and fell back down the hole.

The Legeneans watched Deadeye fall down the hole.

"Dude, don't hurt me, man," Flain said, slowly backing away. The Feraligter crept threateningly up to him.

Edward looked down the hole sadly. ":I'm sorry, my friend." He muttered. "Okay let's move out." He said.

Sacrire turned to Aerast and Dargea. "Do what he said." They followed Edward.

The blue creature lunged, grabbing Flain in its claws before dragging him into the water. He began to struggle with the Feraligter.

Edward noticed the struggle in the water, Edward fired into the air to try to scare off the Feraligter.

The Legeneans see the fight as they approach.

The Feraligter is frightened by the loud noise, and lets go of Flain, who quickly swims away.

Flain finally got onto land, and he looked back at the Feraligter, which was glaring at him before it dove back into the water. Then he heard the explosion.

"That was a mortar, wasn't it?" Sacrire asked.
