Well, since its shrove tuesday a.k.a. pancake day today, what else would be on everyone's mind except what to put on their pancake(s)? So, simply post what you like on your pancake(s), or how you like to serve them, or even an old trick for how to make your pancakes just a little bit better.

I'll start first:
For my pancake, I love putting lots of sugar and chopped strawberries and apples in it, and I only ever use a little bit of oil, and simply wipe it round the pan with a cloth.

Making chocolate chip pancakes, and dousing then with syrup. xD Delicious!

My secret recipe is rather simplistic really, I just use a sprinkle of Cinnamon in the batter as well as on the pancakes while their cooking, It tastes amazing. I mostly make Crapes though. :P
