Blue sat up, turning her full attention to Green.

"For starters, I left the area at 3:15, and I don't even have a Gun License! How Could I possibly have shot someone if I don't own a gun? This was probably a set-up." I said, every time Payne would object the Judge would overrule him "Go on." The Judge said

Blue started to shake her head in disbelfe. *Why is he trying to frame Green?* She asked herself.

"I have proof that I didn't shoot him as well, as well as the fact I left at 3:15." I said showing a picture of the clock in Geovanni's office saying "3:15" as well as evidence of him not having the gun

Blue sat up. "Show him the finger marks on your neck from Geovanni." She mouthed to Green.

"Also here are my battle-wounds with Geovanni." I said revealing the finger prints on my neck, Payne was having a nervous breakdown

Blue hid a tryumphant smile. Blue stood up. "Is is possible for me to announce something I am observing?" She asked the judge.

"Uhhmm. You'd need to be on the witness stand" The Judge said "Then let her on with me." I said simply

Blue waited an answer from the judge.

"...Okay..." The Judge said

Blue stood next to Green and looked at Payne. "My quiestion and statement is, if you are presenting a plausible case, then why are you acting so unsure of how convincing the story is? Don't blame it on stress because shouldn't people like you show no stress to make it believable?" Blue questioned, taking Green's hand.

"Well uh, You see, Uhmm..." Payne stuttered for a moment, trying to come up with an excuse all attention was turned to Payne

Blue almost smiled. "Your faking arent you?" She asked.

"I was payed a high salary to get Green accused of murder." Payne said after awhile

Blue's half smile faded. "By whom?" She asked.
