History; The Phantom Commander cast into evil and chaos. Taken over by the Menace and now desiring to destroy their host planet. Constantly in Menace mode, he wants only death and destruction.

History/Bio; Was born December 7, 1988 to Kevin Sullivan Alverara and Susan Cachi Alverara. His father died when he was 8, and his mother died when he was 12, causing him and his younger brother, Curtis, to be sent to an orphanage. Edward escaped the orphanage when he was 13, estranging himself from his brother. When he was 14 he joined the Golden Eagles. When he was 17 he left the Golden Eagles for the military and did not return until he was 25, when he took control of the Golden Eagles.

Cold orange eyes, a young and youthful face, wearing a long and dark grey smooth sweater, covered by a blood red pull over hood with insulation inside. He still kept his black dress pants along with a pair of durable shoes. [Phantom] The Phantom, roughly 25 meters tall, had a humanoid dragon's appearance, with mechanical wings and tail. The helm was increasingly dragonoid, having a pair of horns that could fire shock bursts and elemental fangs. The creature had 3 meter long claws, and a dragon's feet. The tail was flexible and easily manuvered to grab and stab with the sharp blade on the end. The wings were outfitted with a pulse cannon on each. The paint coat was a bright black for base, white for secondary, and crimson red for the accents.
[History/Bio]; [Creation] Now, in the farth north east of Japan, A strange organization based off of NERV was busy at work; Phantom Heroes Negating Trouble, or P.H.N.T. Behind the lines, metal was being moved, and LCL was being pumped into a gigantic room. In the room, a being of titanical proportions stood, appearingly human and machine, a cyborg. A young man, roughly 21 was nearby on a platform, being walked closer towards it. They had bright pink hair, flowing like a river to their neck. They were wearing a long trench coat over a cotton shirt and dress pants. The man accompanying him spoke out, "So, Mr. Neizan, ready for the challenge of the Phantom?" they asked, to have him nod in reply. Neizan continued to the pad, before finding himself in front of a chamber. A voice called throughout the facility, "With Tokyo-3s idiotic actions, we must send the first prototype, now Neizan, when you pull through, what do you wish to be reknown as?" they asked. Neizan thought for a small amount of time, before raising his head to speak, "Voice, Voice Kvantos." he said, before stepping into the chamber and it shutting. He was surrounded by LCL, floating in the Evangelion like creature. Soon, his essence was being stripped away and combined with that of the Phantom, his genetic material mixing in and creating a new kind of Evangelion. Soon, he vanished, and the Phantom sparked to life. The Phantom, roughly 25 meters tall, had a humanoid dragon's appearance, with mechanical wings and tail. After moving around for a few seconds, it minimized, becomming roughly 2.5 meters and appearing as a smaller version of itself. "So Voice, how is it working out for you?" the same voice asked earlier. Voice nodded, "Perfectly fine, thank you, shall I head to Tokyo-3?" he asked. "Not now, we need to get you adjusted." he said before the men inserted various chips for; cooking, loving, relationships, a cloaker for appearing human as he would select, dancing, singing, and a extra slot. Voice nodded and began to select on the cloakers settings. It would display a man, roughly aged 21 and 6'1, with black and crimson red hair. Cold orange eyes, a young and youthful face, wearing a long and dark grey smooth sweater, covered by a blood red pull over hoodie with insulation inside. He stil kept his black dress pants along with a pair of durable shoes. With that, the cloaker brought the appearance, and Voice was a "human" once more. He headed towards his designated room to rest from the events.

Large and mostly inpenetrable exoskeleton that protects them from harm. [Friend] Able to create friends and solve emotional distress. [Regeneration] As a result of the current Evangelions, Phantoms are equipped with a regeneration program to regenerate any part of their body in response to the dismemberment. [Pulses] Able to cancel fields for a few seconds to emit various pulses, including EMPs, Healing, and various Elemental ones.

In addition to his cloaked, 2.5 meter, and 25 meter, there are a few extra forms of Voice that are put under lock.
[Hellfire Mode]
A dangerous apocalyptic form, meant to spread death, destruction, and corruption. When activated, remorse and mercy nearly no longer exist, and his memories nearly fade away, except for that of the ones he cares about whom he spares. Showing little care for living organisms, promptly disposing of them by easily devouring them or eviscerating them into shreds. Gaining a few meters in height, as well as a more bloodied paintcoat and more demonic features, the eyes go red. Usually locked away and not discussed about, in rare cases it will be activated with pure anger and spite, or may come from being nearly slain.
[KoR (Kaizer of Regulus) Mode]
A very odd mode, even rarer than that of activation than Hellfire. In this, his height increases to 33 meters, his paint coat is entirely white, save for yellow and lime accents. Coming with this, his power exponentially increases, field power increasing by nearly 1800%, as well as his claws being more mobile and being able to summon weapons from other Phantoms, mainly the god killing ones. Seemingly a dragon knight from the heavens sent to purge the world from evil, a full sense of justice and purity is placed, keeping their intentions at the best.

[Personality]; Kind, Caring, Protective and serious. He's usually calm and collected as well as intellectual and intricate. He likes to make others feel better as well as protecting those who need it.
[Appearance]; i.imgur.com/5FLJUtS.jpg as a human. When the suit covers him however; a black and blood red costume, covering his usual outfit. A two sided mask covered his face leaving only his hair visible, one half blood red, and the other side black. A wicked smile running across the red side, the mask changing with the facial expression. The suit was slightly loose, red and blood red arcane symbols cover it, a cybernetic and knight look towards it, like a suit of armor infused with magic
[History/Bio]; A rich forever young man from the 1600s. Cursed by a powerful warlock with immortality, he has seen his friends and comrades die around him. His blade has remained with him throughout the years, another curse he bears. Throughout the years he has been apart of many great events, and has slain various warriors and soldiers.
[Powers]; Cassius the Cursed Blade, a 3 ft long blade that allows for a suit transformation. Tendrils erupt out from the blade and cover him in a matter of micro-seconds to transform into a strong and incredibly durable suit of blood red and black, various mystic runes covering it as well as a dragon looking mask. A mask covers his face, two side, left side black and the right red with a cackling grin. Able to command blood at his will as well as survive in harsh conditions with the suit on. As well as the immortality which is more of a curse than a power. He also has access to a vastly endless wealth
