When all of your upgrades are maxed out, what else is there to spend your donated clan currency in your bank?

The suggestion is the be able to "boost" your clan for a limited amount of time with benefits, meaning all of the people in clan get it. Some example of boosts are:

Exp. Boost
Clan Credit Boost
Shiny Encounter Boost

To prevent the possibility of people just joining for the boost, a setting for having a certain amount of EXP in the clan for the boost to affect the person would be something to counter it. Also, since it might make the game easier and that it affect a good amount of people, the boost either should be expensive or last a short amount of time (like an hour) or both. Rate?

That sounds really good! PEople will work harder for the boosts, and since you can't take money out of your clan vault, it'll put whatever's in there to good use. I like it!
Also, like you were saying, keeping it where you have to have trained at least a certain amount of experience for it to affect you is also a good idea, because otherwise people will just join for the boosts, and not actually DO anything. I'd say maybe at least 10billion for the minimum? Anyway, 10/10

it is a very good idea but it could do some changes. For example,
1. You can add something like clan player points. When people use clan credits their points increase and then those who have a specific amount of points and also a specific amount of exp, they can get the clan boosts.

Also the exp. boost is not that much of a great idea cuz leveling up a pokemon is already easy and having more exp boosts might ruin the game if people get more exp.

Clan credit boost and shiny encounter boost are great ideas.

Then also we could use the donated clan currency to get clan prestige? I'm not sure about this but i'll just tell what i think.
In clan upgrades there could be a clan prestige upgrade(It should be very costly like 100k coins, etc) and they should keep increasing per use (maybe double) and a clan has a basic Prestige of 0.
After getting prestige of 1, people of the clan could get the boosts which you mention, but they are very slight changes and the above requirements should also be met(minimum points or exp).
They can keep on increasing this and then this could help everyone. Also when a clan undergoes an increase of prestige they requirements to get the boosts also increase.

This is just my suggestion and opinion.
