Cain climbed up on the roof and sat next to Blue. "You don't trust me do you?" He asked.

"Half and half." I said nodding slightly

Cain nodded. "What's the bad half?" He asked.

"You just seem suspicious to me." I said "By the way would you like to learn a single word of power?" I asked

Cain shook his head. "My partner is all I need for power." He jabbed a thumb over his shoulder towards Alice who was reading a book outside.

"You sounded interested in Dragons though." I stated

Cain nodded. "I did, but. I prefer melee." He added, trying not to offend Blue.

"Well there's shouts that improve attack and defensive capabilities." I stated "Plus there's predicaments where close-combat won't work." I said smiling

Cain smiled. "Im ranged, and, you may be right, but....because Alice is close combat, im ranged....we don't need much else." He added, still trying not to offend him.

"And Alice also has every shout except the Devour Soul shout on her side." I stated

Cain narrowed his eyes at a spot in the distance. "J-Just a second Blue..." Cain hopped off the roof and when as normal human would break their leg at that hight, Cain landed upright like it was nothing and sprinted off. Alice looked at Cain running, sighed, and went back to her book. "Not again..." She muttered as she turned the page.

I simply waited for Cain

Cain was talking with his boss. "Have ypou found the girl?"
"Yes sir, she is now infected however..."
The man sighed. "She was a fine partner..."
Cain looked up.
"Was?"
"We can't have infected here Cain."
"That means nothing.."
