Pokemon Duplication Glitch
If a Pokemon on your team/roster has dissapeared or duplicated, you can remove Pokemon from slots 2-6 on your team. After that, log out, log in, and put the Pokemon back on your team. It should fix. Remove Pokemon from slots 2-6 in the Your Pokemon page. Clicking the below image also works.
