Oh, well, In short they're essentially the hitmen of Skyrim, as you send them a contract and give them the money, They'll take out whoever you want. I left it a long time ago though.

Yeah, But we usually either intimidate the skyrim guards or outright bribe them.

I didn't actually do anything, 'cause she got some imperial guards on me after giving me a contract, then the guards went and destroyed the hideout and she burned to death.
