Nice to meet you, Visual! I'm sure that you're a nice person, but it isn't good to shift between lowercase and capitals. Don't get me wrong, I don't have a problem with it, and the style is fun, but it becomes difficult to read at times, particularly if someone has dyslexia (no, I'm not dyslexic). I'm not sure what the staff might say about your style, but it doesn't hurt to keep the case more consistent occasionally. Who knows, you might actually like it better!
