How to get happieness?

Keep it on team! After every day, its happiness will increase by 1! If you equip with soothe bell, its happiness will increase by 2 after 1 day! But it should be in your team!

Imo, another easy way to increase happiness is feeding berries during battle!

Go to your pokemon and choose a pokemon you want to feed berry, then click battle pokemon in its profile (i mean stat page)

after using one move, click back pack and use a berry! Then give another move, again backpack and use one more berry! Then restart battle and continue the same process! 1-2 berries will increase its happiness by 1 ( sometimes it needs more! It is random. So keep on using berries on it until it reaches required happiness) As far as i know, every berries except wepear berry will increase happiness! Hope it helped!

As i said before, if you are online daily and if that pokemon is kept in team when day changes, it will get +1 happiness! +2 if you equip it with soothe bell!
