I was, once again, surprised by an out-of-character suggestion by my partner. Perhaps he's getting more confident?
"Yeah, I guess we can definitely use some training," I said, though I thought it was better to go past them. Then we charged into battle.

I guess this may have to die down with only one person playing. Unless you want to switch off being the player/narrator.
