Repta was first created in a secret military Soviet lab in Siberia, during the Cold War years. They attempted to make a dragon-like biological weapon to beat the U.S. in genetic engineering and scientific chimeras, but she went on a rampage before she was given her second wing and flamethrower breath. #167 killed the scientists and escaped. Sightings of her were reported in the Siberian region. The victim(s) was often fatally bitten. Over the decades, she had steadily decayed, despite remaining alive. Repta was eventually caught by GL Labs. A lab assistant soon became her next victim. She was left at Spooky's mansion to rot with the other Specimens when the Lab relocated.

Specimen 167 is known to be a hyper one when she's not chasing down someone. Repta does crazy antics that often baffle the other Specimens, such as the one time when she charged straight through a wall and creating a hole just to see if it was possible. She likes making the other Specimens laugh. Despite her normally happy personality, #167 occasionally goes into violent mood swings, leading some to theorize, along with her human-like behavior, that her creators used the brain of a teenager, presumably female.

Gets along best with: Specimen 3 (due to being an experiment like her) and Specimen 8.

Does not get along with: Specimen 4 (often getting into squabbles over who gets to kill their would-be victim).
