I think all the trainers who had been frozen by what ever reason should be given one more chance to improve and be unfrozen. I think even god gives chance to people who ever commited any sin. They will surely improve and I can only say to the administrators (they may lock this suggestion) but u ask from your heart. Even law gives criminals a chance to those mature people but we are just children full of mistakes. I assure they all will improve.
They can get mails that they are unfrozen

What if they will just receive a warning message. Their faults will be stated and if ever that they will do the same mistakes, theyll be frozen. Less messy way.
