I'm decent with PHP, but I'm not so well with Formula Algorithms...
I've had things in mind like this:

$randint = 2147483647;

$something = floor(pow($randint,1/2));



$final = floor(pow($something,1/3)) - 13;



$exp = floor(pow($randint,1/3)) * $final;

echo $exp;

?>

In the end, the "echo" should spit out: 28,380
Your thoughts/ideas on any Algorithm?
