ghost pokemons have lost their advantage over other type pokemon because now battle tower pokemons no longer use only normal type moves.
now they use all types of moves and this has made training very difficult. |

yes spiritomb and sableye have no super effective moves against them but now you cant easily win at the lava tower,marine tower etc. pokemons now use attacks such as seed flare,flamethrower, surf etc.
even if it is not very effective it can faint your pokemon in one hit. Earlier lava tower or marine tower pokemon only used toxic,some normal type moves and shadow claw(which come rarely)----this was much easier than todays condition |

Heres My Solution.
Goto NPC Fights okay? Use Ghost Type with Strongest Electric Type Move Fight Intermediate Trainer Last Aka the one with the bird cage.
