So, we have a virus on the main computer I play this game on, (My dad's PC) called DNS unlocker, and it's making it very hard to roleplay, do dailys on creed and all that stuff so im not sure how regularly im gonna be on, we just got ad blocker on chrome but like the other time, it didn't work, it seems to be working now, buuut again, not sure how long it's gonna last, I'll try to be on as much as I can but as far as RPing goes, sry if im not active =/

Sad to hear that, try getting Firefox and using the ad blocker they have on their add ons. It's rumored to be one of the best

i've tried that, the thing with firefox on our PC, it never works, in fact every time it messes up in some way =/ last time, (Before we had chrome) every refresh would take a few mins. then it would be black but if you ran your mouse over it you could see the page under neath it (Kinda like a scratch card game...) so...I donno what to do.

It's not free, but the Norton Antivirus software works really good. Usually doing a scan with that will get rid of it. If not, they have tech support, and almost all the time, if the scan can't do the trick, the techs can.
Never tried any of the other antivirus software, so IDK how those work. :I

I did some reading on DNS Unlocker and in most cases it can be Uninstalled with Malwarebytes Anti-Malware service, (Not a scam, Malwarebytes is a good program).

There is also manual ways to remove it, both the download and the manual instructions are on the following site

Yeah, kinda' sounds like your bro caused it. :/
There are a LOT of sites and ads and things that either ARE or HAVE viruses. Not to mention hacked sites...
Seriously, I was doing a Science report for the Planet Mercury for school at one point, and clicked on one link that looked like it may help, and it was hacked into a p*rn site. ._. So that might not be his fault either. (Before you say anything, the headline thingy said: "[something] PLANET MERCURY [something here]" and the description thing under it had a few details about the planet. But it didn't show up that it was hacked until I clicked it. :L Oh trust me, I did a scan after closing the window. :I)
Plus some other times it can't be helped. You could get on a site millions of times and not have anything happen, but all of a sudden, some arse attaches a virus to something on said site, and once you revisit the site, BAM. VIRUS!
So IDK how exactly to help you find out how to prevent it. :/
