How do you get Leafeon?

I've seen a LOT of people with Leafeon. But...How on earth do you get one? Do you have to breed it? Is there some way to evolve Eevee into Leafeon that I'm just not seeing? I really want to get Leafeon...Please help!

I think its from the past promos, but my gut tells me its from events like halloween in old house.

for both Leafeon and Glaceon, just breed a female Leafeon or Glaceon and you will get get whatever one you breed. also is the same way for Sylveon.

Leafeon and Sylveon was first obtain, when the persons that owns ancient Leafeon/Ancient Sylveon decided to breed them and breed them for other and so on, GoldenGlaceon was used to breed for normal Glaceon when breeding was introduce.
