I think there should be a feature in the Mailbox section so that whenever you get new mail, it comes up with like a "New!" icon beside the Mailbox so that people could be notified of new mail without having to constantly check in their mailbox. This also means that players don't have to spam someone else's events with things like "Msgs" and stuff like that.

Whenever you get mail, the next page refresh adds a [#] next to "Mailbox" and # is how many messages are in your mailbox. I never had a problem with the way it works.

Yes I understand that but some really busy people with a few hundred messages might not remember their previous amount so may not know if their message number has changed by simply looking at it. It should be relatively easy for Da Man to implement though.

I'm pretty sure no one is that busy nowadays. Creed has slowed down a lot since I was a new player.
