Celestia: Attention everypony! A swarm of creatures from a zebra to a draconequus are approaching Equestria! A war has begun, prepare to fight!

You listened to the old timey tape. It ended with screams and lots of static. A line of very few ponies, about 30 or 40 looked up at their leader, or Emperor, as he liked to be called. It was many years after all four of the princesses deaths and most unicorns have died too. However, there was this one unicorn left, and he was ready to take back control. He had the shiniest silkiest silver coat anypony had ever seen and his mane and tail were jet black. He was intelligent as well, he took metal scraps from the battlefields and hoof crafted a pair of working mechanical wings. Most ponies adored him for his beautiful red eyes and stunning appearance. But he was also intimidating.

"As I, Acel, the only Alicorn left in Equestria, will put you back on your hooves and I will protect you all at all costs! Are you with me?"

A loud cheering and hoof stomping went on.

Ami and I had been separated for about two moons (months) ago. I'm really starting to worry, maybe she's okay, with that Alicorn guy... I don't know. I should really eat, haven't done that in days, all of the hay and berries have been picked and now it's out of season. Maybe I should surrender, wait... No... Ami wouldn't want that, I have to fight, if not for myself, then for Ami.

I was clearly lost in my thoughts sitting on a tree stump. I got up and trotted around, I've been lost for days now, almost everypony was in Ace's rebellion, maybe they were trying to find me, they better hurry, I don't know how much longer it will take.

(Candy Stripe's PoV [going to call her Candy for short. :P])
Things were not looking too good. My candy shop was destroyed by the war, so I didn't even have my candy to fall back on. The entire city was destroyed, and that was just the least of my worries.

I walked right into Candy, "Uh, I'm sorry." I mumble, a small look of fear in my eyes.

It took me a second to recover from the impact.
"Oh no, it's okay. I wasn't watching where I was going." I apologized.

I nodded, walking glumly towards an abandoned shed.

"You seem a bit stressed - I mean, I don't blame you, since THIS happened to the city, but is something bothering you?" I asked.
