Btw, other people cant teach those tm moves to your pokemon. You have to buy TM's in Dep.Store.
Only Fly can be taught by others to your pokemons! If you really want toxic to poison your foe, and you cant afford TM06, then change your pokemons move to Sludge. There's a chance of poisoning the foe. So you can use sludge instead of toxic for sometime.
