I had to get on the worst train ever, it looked like a creepy man who was like 35-45 and was all hunched over and whatnot, it was generally pure hate all along the ride

Unlike a certain Absol she had yet to meet, her ride was pleasant. Skotal arrived at the Air Continent port. She was a half hour walk away from the Academy, so she began walking.

I finally had the ride stop, it was like torture for until it ended it was a sweet relief. I hopped off, and went away from the train as fast as possible

There stood a large campus, with a few multi-story buildings. There was also a large yeard nearby, filled with various obstacles and dummies.

This must be the Academy, Skotal thought.

It was finally time to go to the Academy. Kathy was fairly pleased, but she hoped it wasn't going to turn out to be another 'filthy hole' like the last school she tried attending.

Skotal looked around. There wasn't a lot of Pokemon around. She must be one of the early ones.

Slightly intimidated by the sudden silence, Skotal simply stood there, unsure what to add to the conversation. She wasn't graced with the same social capabilities as most Pokemon, and thus found it difficult to make friends.
