Ive been in creed for a VERY LONG TIME I've seen so many similar suggestions I think it's time they consider this

Suggested many times, as some have said already, the Pokemon are taken from some of the frozen/banned accounts, but not frequently, but we still do it to contest it out.
There is no need to waste time on a feature which is not necessary, and that time (if there is) can be spent on a better update.

Transferring the Pokemon to a raffle or donating it to 'current' active players would just be purely relying on luck.
