If I remember correctly, R.Mesprit was a double promo. (Just checked and confirmed it. IT was the 2014 New Year's promo.)
At certain times, the double promo would be where two promos were available at the same time. You could buy them both (one of each) with one account, and one of each again with a second account.
No idea when the next double promo will be. The R.Mesprit was the last one.

Not exactly. You can work towards getting your wish, but without doing anything, no.
For example, if you wish for 100k in coins, then if you work towards getting 100k and save, then the wish comes true. But if you just make the wish and then do nothing, it won't.

Clan wars are unreleased atm.
Upgrading the vaults is basically raising the capacity (meaning making it so it can hold more). The function of having a higher capacity is being able to purchase clan upgrades which include
+10 max members (meaning that you can invite an extra 10 players to your clan)
Clan Gradient (the colored names)
and a clan forum. (A private section of the forums that only members in your clan can see.)

Why dont you look for it yourself. I could feel my braincells comminting suicide one by one. My conclusion is your just posting stupid questions to get yourself forum posts. So far you've accumulated 188 Forum Posts. Why don't you figure it out yourself.

Plus, why did you say Alan du was Dualot? It's quite obvious if you had read the Signatures of peoples accounts. They usually hold that kind of information.

Dungeon is a minigame where you can do woodcutting and mining. Smelting means converting ores you mined into bars using furnace in Dungeon. Thats it :)

Well Ash is allowed to ask if he wants to, he doesn't have to search it up himself. There are many people here who are willing to answer his questions, and doing so doesn't affect the people who don't want to help in any way.
