Can I be completely honest?

Its not quite good. You simply did a Recolor of grey, then did a colored effect. If you want it too look good recolor the sprite in paint then do it in gimp.

I think the MewTwo looks really good, maybe just make the grey a little lighter so you can see it better. But I think the other 2 look really good to :)

Cursed Rapidash and ledbya is epic! So are the rainbows and yeah those golds though, i've pmed you. Finest golds. Those are 24 carrat gold dude ^_^

The lightning is a little hard to see because it's essentially the same color as the rest of Arceus.
