A big question
Well, we all have seen lotteries. So I was just wondering if starting a lottery was allowed in the forums.
Like everyone who wants to register pays a certain amount(most probably coins) and choose a number and if a person wins then he/she gets all the coins. I was just asking if this was allowed...  |

Good idea, but i dont think most people would play or they would but they cpuld get upset or angry if they keep losing. I would play thouugh

And lmc the entering amount wouldn't be huge like 1-15 coins maybe
