If I have more than one tags open[Pic 1] then clicking on [CLOSE TAGS] button closes all of them, rather if only one is closed it could be helpful for these situations [Pic 2].

Rating my suggestion: It's a humble request to please be constructive while rating a suggestion. Comment what you like what you dislike, what should be added as what should be removed. Also as I will be posting more suggestion, rate it something like this

1. 5/10 ...comment...
2. 4/10 ...comment...

Using list and using bold for the rating could be great. Template:

[*][b]5/10[/b] ...comment...

[*][b]4/10[/b] ...comment... 

[/list]

^You don't necessarily need to follow it, it could be just helpful.

Really good suggestions,but Alan is too busy to look at these minor things i guess!
