Well banned stuff shouldn't be brought back.It becomes pretty baseless when there are chances of people coming back to the game.

Even if they come back, it won't be any lose to the community. Because they've done something to get banned! Maybe we could say, his/her stuff has been taken away because of the mistake he committed.

I'm pretty sure that there aren't many banned users who are banned for nothing.

So it would be a good idea to take the stuffs from banned Accounts.

Not necessarily true. The whole freeze concept hasn't been here from the start as far as I remember. So what if people requested a ban instead and haven't had the time to actually come back? Hmm?

Ofc staffs can see the ban reason. So if it's requested, then stuffs from his/her access should not be taken away!

Only if they've done something against the rules, then there's no problem taking their stuffs away :p

Honestly you guys can debate this topic as much as you want but until the Admins have time to goes though banned accounts and move pokemon from them, there not much anyone one can do.

At one time Zapdos was moving banned pokemon out of them into a contest account, but life issues came up, and force him to stop doing it, and who know if Da Man/Dualot have time or feel like doing it anymore.

So what you're saying is... They can find the time to deal with Blackheartwarrior's account, but nobody else's? To be quite honest, I'm actually completely against this idea. And the reason being is because I like to look back in the past every once in a while and soak on all the bad times, but gloat on all the good times just to be a total butthole.
