And tell me what browser and version you are using that caused the maps to not load?

What is not working - I mean, can you see the map? Is only the movement not working? What can you see exactly and more detail would be nice?

Maybe the same issue is occurring in my account.

I already checked with different devices/browser and I noticed that:

1) I can easily play with the computer (chrome). Maps do load properly and I have no issues, even if I have to move my character through the map only by pressing key arrows.
In fact, green arrows icons seem not working or disabled.

2) Playing through mobile phone (android system) is even easier.
Maps do load and green arrows icons work.

3) Playing from my old IPad with safari is impossibile.
Everytime I enter into a zone, map shows its "preview sight" (the one with darker / greyish colours) and the loading symbol keeps on running for hours.
Unfortunately, maps never load. They are simply frozen in an everlasting wait.
Green arrows icons do not work, either.

Not sure an hotfix already occurred, but, in any case, some updates about the thread:

1) No more issues with the pc.
Maps load, key arrows work, green arrows icons seems fixed and working.

Google chrome - Version 70.0.3538.77 (Build ufficiale) (64 bit)
Adobe flash - 31.0.0.122 64 bit
SO - Windows 7 Professional 64 bit

2) Still stuck with Ipad and Safari.
I can simply enter into the preview sight of any area, with greyish colours, zone description and so on.
My character is never shown/loaded into the map, and the loading symbol keeps on going for hours.
Green arrows icons do not work, either.

Anyway, pls, consider I do own a stone-aged Ipad with a really old software that can not be upgraded because of hardware limits.
Issues could be dued to my device obsolescence.
