if I joins you guys how would profits would be divided? Like do you just do the orders you chooses to do and keeps the whole rewards or do you all divides the rewards and everybody gets equal amount of profits provided yours putting enough efforts into this or how is dividing done? because I may gets myself a 1,200+ pokemon and trains with you guys if I feels it's fair.

Yes we should gets equal shares but I not gonna to join until I nets myself a High leveled Pokemon and an exp share so I don't gets the coins I don't deserves since I'm can't trains people pokemons yet.
