Pokemon shows up twice on the slots, and twice on the battle screen
Doesn't show up twice in box though It fixes itself after you log off or after you put all pokemon in box, but this happens quite often for me

lol i had more luck than you then because i had a dragonite "cloned" and i random swapped one and ofc i thought i lost it but then i checked my boxes looking for a poke and i saw ma dragonite which i thought i had swapped for the ditto i now have
so now i got a ditto + dragonite
