The other persons pokemon could've been traded or not in the box at the time when you tried to accept the trade

when trading even if it says 500 if his trainer lvl is below 318 you cant trade him your celebi

Well...This Celebi trade was a long time ago. But...Recently, a couple of weeks ago, it did it to me again when I was trying to trade a bunch of base pokemon over to my storage account so I wouldn't have to individually send them over one by one. Which, takes a long time with a large amount. ^^, But...I ended up having to send them one by one after all, as it wouldn't let me trade. :/

reasons: maybe the pokemon to be traded is out of the trading caps, maybe No Pokemon is selected with the pokemons, maybe the pokemon has been traded earlier or maybe its a browser error..
