Best Sport for exercise
All movements cause sweat to be produced. Legion Original gave a better logic.
My sport of choice would be soccer. Your whole body is set to motion, and you tend to lose a lot of calorie.

swimming is nice.
but waterpolo is the way to live and the very best exercise.

i know it. because i play it my whole life.
if any other sportsmen gets a injury. the doctors say go swimming to train your muscles again to top shape.
so yes swimming is the best sport.

There really is no best sport for exercise. All sports give you some sort of physical activity. Both water polo and swimming are very hard. I play basketball to get my exercise in. As long as you stay active that is good

i would say tennis because in tennis you have to constantly move and in that reason, you can loose more calorie

Personally, the best sport for a workout is basketball, in my opinion. It's just a full body sport, with heavy contact, lot's of communication, and requires a lot of athleticism. My favorite sport is baseball, however, because I play it better than basketball.

Actually swimming is not the best sport for everything. Weightlifting is the best for gaining muscles. Running as we'll as swimming are the best for gaining speed and endurance. Basketball is the best to increase your vertical. Extreme sports such as cliff diving are best for increasing your life spam.

Actually there WaterPolo is probably one of the best sports to gain stamina, muscles, and speed. Because waterpolo i think is like a basketball version but in a pool. And you have to get the ball while struggling to fight the water.
