Im tired of the same old crap with the proffesser being "Oh hello heres your pokemon, go encounter them all and go become the champion im too old to do it" so in this All you get to start your journy off are these: Pokemon Food, A Pokeball (Once it fails you have to go find another or buy one), 200 Cash (enough for 1 pokeball), a Bag to store things in and a Journal or be a Pokemon! Okay away from that stiuff here are the Rules:
1:Only 2 characters, NPCs dont count, encounter as many NPC trainers as you please Just as long as you only encounter them once or twice throughout the roleplay
2:No God modding
3: No being unfair, like for instance a trainer has a Level 100 Salamance and you only have a Caterpi and you somehow win be realistic and even for that matter why would a strong trainer go against a weak trainer?
4: If your a Nocturnal Pokemon, you have to stay in Caves in day time and you can wonder about during the night This will have a Day evening then Night process
5: If your a water pokemon, Stay IN WATER only like 20 water type pokemon can go On land
6: You can only have 6 pokemon at a Time. the rest go into a PC
7: No Magically gaining money, come on be realistic
8: anything Unrealistic is not allowed
9: only way to be champion is beating elite 4 and getting all 8 badges
10: No going over your level cap
11: No shiny pokemon as starters, same with legendarys

New trainers(No badges, dont worry you can have NPC gymleaders if there isnt a Player one but make it a realistic battle?): 1-15 leveled pokemon

Experienced trainers(7-8 badges): 1-80
master Trainers 1-90
Elite 4 (1-3): 1-60

You can get shiny pokemon just you can encounter ONE once a week so it stays rare
legendary pokemon HAVE to be role played as but you can be only ONE out of the 49 (Exludeing the X and Y ones)

Plot: This is a Newly discovered region Therefore some towns are still being Built, they of coursed worked on the dock for Incoming ships first then they did the starting houses, Its close by to the Kanto Region but you have to take a Ferry there and you need a Ticket, in this region all you get from Proffessers are a Pokedex and a Pokeball, allowing you to catch your OWN pokemon instead of them having 3 to choose from theres 649 to choose from! Pokemon here have lived so happily together, Unfortunetley team Rocket sometimes comes over there and steals these pokemon: Dratini, Abra, Clefairy, Scyhter and Porygon, all for there sick Slot machine prizes, Trainers here have just started to see pokemon disapear but they neverv see by whom, in this region you can choose your destiny, Team Rocket may have departed from Jhoto...But still they continue there attacks on Pokemon! The Pokemon Master has yet to see this...Yet he has no proof yet of the Pokemon vanishings stop team Rocket from its torture to pokemon!

Her cape has a touch of royal blue and regal purple on the top, and specks of red and actual ash on the bottom. Devan has long boots that go up to her knees with glowing red and sparkling purple. Personality: Devandellie is a fierce and competitive trainer; you see, she vowed never to lose a battle ever, and if she loses you're bound to do something hard.
