Cigarettes will most likely ruin you, try to stop. Replace your addiction with something else. And like Amathyst said, go to rehab and work with a counselor.

Nicotine patches are an alternative solution that may help. :) try some counseling like dogzilla sugested, that'll probs help the most

Best way to stop would be (like jack suggested) get something to occupy your mouth, also occupy time that u have extra by doing something creative, like going outside, exercise, etc. something else that might help would be to talk to some friends that care, and get there support, so everytime u get the urge, call them and let them know so u can get their advice.
