yeah i saw it and i think it is an error too but maybe it isnt like the person above up say he got lucky and his number got picked twice

It isn't an error. If you pick a random number from 1 to 700, it's unlikely you'll be picked twice- but not impossible.

I'm pretty sure it has happened before when it did I asked and he said it wasn't a bug he just got lucky.
