How to bid for high leveled Pokemon?
As told by my friend, on Pokémon Creed, he couldn't bid for a level 1296 Shiny Ho-oh. Does the trainer level affect the ability to bid for higher level Pokémon? If it does, what level would you have to be to get that range of Pokémon? However, if that is not the case, what do we do then?
