"Yeah. I think I'll talk with your dad." Gem said, swinging her self.

"I've got a few people working for me, but I don't think I have a maid yet." Shelly said after a few minutes of thinking.

Gem grinned. Getting off the swing, she stood in front of Shelly and, in her best royal voice, said "Mmmm? It looks like Shelly left the pudding cup on her bed again."

Shelly laughed hard enough to fall off the swing.
"Whoops!" she said, laughing harder.

Gem couldn't help but crack up as well. "Here." She helped Shelly up.

"Thanks a bunch, Gem." I replied, laughing.

"No problem." She looked around. "Oh, sorry, I've got to go. Meet you again later?"

"Okay." I replied.

Gem walked (swam?) off. She was going to her part time job at the marketplace.

Shelly started back to her castle.

"YOU THERE, WOULD YOU LIKE A TASTY, FRESH ORANGE? MISS, DO YOU HAVE A CRAVING FOR AN APPLE?" Gem was desperately trying to sell fruits at a stand.

"Let me try." I said laughing.
"Why settle for everyone else's boring old fruits, when you can have Gem's AMAZING fruit!?" I shouted. All heads turned our way.
"Go ahead." I whispered, nudging her.
"Add on to that. Get their attention."

"Uh... Th-that's right! My fruits are grown and raised with care, guaranteeing a delicious, juicy bite!"

The crowd muttered things to each other, and immediately lined up to buy some of the fruits.
"Works every time." I giggled.

"Thanks." Gem whispered, before handing a customer a basket of pears.
