I was breathing really heavily, but did as he said. "What the h*** just happened?" I asked.

I try following the person I was trying to meet. I see another person heading my direction. "Hey!" I say.

I wrap the wound, then, when I reached for the water, I figured out what was sticking out of my back.

"Woah! How are you okay?!" I yelled as I saw what was sticking out of his back.
(Guessing this should be the reaction. XD)

I just stared, I was in shock. This was the first moment I realized I might not be ok. I just tried to shake it off and pulled out a water bottle.

I see she's being treated so I step back slowly, walking away. I can't really see correctly and I run into a tree. "Ow..." I mutter. I stumble to my feet and sigh. I grab the piece of metal in my arm and yank it out with a good bit of blood too.

(What is it anyways? =P)
"Hey, guy, you aren't okay." I said, sitting up on the sand.

(Oh, I thought I mentioned it. It's his spine)

"I...I'm fine." I said. I pulled out a pack of cigarettes. All I could think about was my spine.

I take a good look at my arm. "Well, that's the last time I ever play assassin's creed on a plane." I whisper to myself.

I couldn't hear anything, not this again. Adrenaline set in. This happened before. I got up and began to scavenge for resources.

(*facepalm*)
"YOU ARE NOT OKAY!" I yelled.

"I'M FINE." I yell back. I couldn't accept my injury. I knew it was more than likely to be fatal, but I didn't wanna know that.

I hear a yell. I suppose I should check it out. Or not. I go anyways, to see the problem.

"THIS ISLAND IS CRAZY!" Some dude yelled, and ran into the water, where he began swimming away. Something pulled him underwater, and a few minutes later, his body floated to the surface.

"Well option A is down." I said. I didn't even know what I was talking about.
