I Have a strange feeling that Blue won't make an appearance until MUCH later on, or have Night Terror in him :3

I can give you the role of one of his tormenters. The difference between Nate and the rest is that Nate pulled the three defining moments of Rays bitterness.

I don't think it would be a good plan to make Keikai a tormentor because Ray would likely of killed him on his way out of the prison.
