Fire surrounded one of my arms and Ice formed around the other arm, I was still meditating though

When I stopped meditating I was in amazing armour made of Ice and Fire, surprisingly the Ice wasn't melting

As I was clearing my mind, I began to see that my way of self defence was unjustified and pointless, I went back to the one who stabbed me and a green glow surrounded my hand as I tried to heal her wounds using magic (Raian's powers: Magic, Regeneration)
