The Design for Kaizer City is extremely similar to that of Death City, with a few color changes. More technologically advanced areas, along with a few training areas.

Being bored and mad for my hair not to be symmetrical, I begin wondering why I hold guns upside-down.

Shine smirked at the teenage looking kid, who was obviously a Shinigami by his perception. "You looking for something buddy? You do realize that Kaiser city is looking for people like us, so we may be of use." he said with the look on his face.

"I guess sooo..." I mutter, trying not to notice imperfect things.

"Do you have a problem with imperfection? It sure looks so." he said as he transfigured his arms into exact variations of himself as a Weapon. Blades shining and metal glaring. "Would you kindly journey with me to the sign up office?" he said after he finished.

"I have OCD, and I don't kill monsters that are symmetrical." I gaze at the moon, for it being nighttime. "Symmetry is perfection..." I mutter.

Shine smirked, determined to lure this person in. He transfigured one of his arms back to normal and put it on the Shinigami's shoulder, "I could show you the symmetrical world, we could rid it all the imperfects~" he sang to him in a singsong voice. He sung a bit more and rapidly turned them around to face him, "So? Whaddya say?" he asked smiling.

"What are you doing?" I ask, somehow knowing this guy's up to something, and I don't like it. I've been told before all humans are asymmetrical..., but I'm not coldhearted. "No." I say, walking away from him, now getting a better idea what he's trying to do.

"So you've caught me, I expected that to happen sooner or later. Either ways, as you must know, this city is infested with Evil Souls." he said as he pointed at one in a far away corner. "I was trying to get you to help me "Cleanse" them, not for my own personal gain, but as a gift towards humanity." He started walking off while saying, "But as I see you have no interest. I'll see if I can convince someone else.". As he finished his words attracted the Evil Soul in the corner he pointed at. It got up and slowly walked towards them, a figure looking like a praying mantis.

I roll my eyes. "Turn into a weapon, but if there is ANY suspicion, you'll be sorry!" I say.

"I knew you'd turn around eventually." he said as he flung himself at the new found ally as he turned into his Weapon form. "Now lets waste the punk!" he said.
The Evil Soul burst into a run and ran at them, "You're mine!" he said making a mad attack.

Tightly gripping the sword, I jump out after the evil soul. Swinging and slashing, I kill it after a while and the red soul floats in the air. "Happy?" I ask.
