Symptoms of the mysterious disease include: Abdominal pains, Unsustainable Hunger, Frequent needing of a Drink, Cannibalism, and the sent of Rotten Flesh on your breath, The Mysterious Disease can affect any human or pokemon, it can also make an exact replica of you, kill and eat you beyond recognition, then take over your every day life. More will be explained when you ask your questions here.
