Blue used Firey Jynx on Macho Grubba, setting him on fire (Blue's moveset is a mix between Vivian's and Bombory)

Yamek used a defense lowering spell on Macho Grubba. "Now you're attacks are gonna much more damage with your attack up and Macho Grubba's defense lowered." Oxy said.

Macho Grubba increased his Defense and Attack, while allowing him to attack twice, I placed mines in the shadows so when he moves, Kaboom! Damage taken

Yamek used 4-Polygon blast on Macho Grubbs, which had piercing ability to cut through he's new defense boost.

I used Firey Jynx just as Macho Grubba was about to attack and he took explosion damage
